Definitely an interesting concept. Have you thought about adding some sort of voice/sound recognition to vary the weapons? That would be awesome.
Yeah, I've not managed to get good quality of finding simmilarities.At first I wanted a player to record his own sounds. And then use them in game.So you make shotgun sounds or pistol or assault rifle. Also reloading sounds.But it takes more time than I expected to implement this.
